Programs and Meetings
NJAWT invites you to join us at our Educational Meetings.
NJAWT has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 6227, to provide continuing education credits to LPCs and LMFTs. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. NJAWT is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

NJAWT holds General Meetings three times yearly at the United Methodist Church of Summit, 17 Kent Place Boulevard, Summit, NJ 07901. Please enter through the DeForest Avenue side entrance.
Two meetings take place on Sunday evenings from 7:00-8:45 PM with a light dinner and networking from 6-7 PM, a brief meeting 7-7:15PM and program from 7:15-8:45PM.
The Friday morning meeting is from 9:30AM-1:15PM with Registration and Coffee from 9:30-10:00AM and Program 10:00AM-1:15PM with a 15-minute break.
The evening meetings, including dinner, presentation and CE Hours for LPCs and LMFTs are at no charge for members. Pre-registration is not required. Walk-ins are welcome. There is a fee of $25 for non-member LPCs and LMFTs who wish to receive 1.5 CE Hours.

Conversation Hours are held on Friday mornings from 10 AM - Noon four times a year. These are smaller group meetings that are hosted in members' homes. They are casual meetings that include a presentation and lively group discussion. Refreshments are provided. No CE Hours are awarded for conversation hours.
Kimberly will be glad to answer any of your questions on General Meetings and Conversation Hours. General Meetings and Conversation Hours afford our members with opportunities to network as well as to hear stimulating and clinically relevant presentation. If you wish to be considered as a Presenter, please contact Kimberly.
Our Hospitality Chair, Jodi, offers a light supper at 6 PM for an hour of socializing, networking, and relaxation before each General Meeting.
