About the Event

Time: 10:30 AM -12:00 PM

Format: Virtual

Presenter: Mary Lou Daley, MSW, LCSW

Please join Mary Lou Daley, MSW, LCSW as she leads a thought-provoking discussion about end of life choices with Hospice Care as a focus.

As a hospice Social Worker for the past 20 years, Mary Lou mostly visited patients and their families in their homes to provide emotional support at end of life.  She was part of the Hospice Team that worked together to support patients and their families with medical, emotional, and spiritual comfort as they spent their final days or months in their home with their loved ones. Mary Lou believes that there is much misinformation about Hospice despite it being a compassionate way to support end of life and is eager to share her vast wealth of knowledge with the members of NJAWT.  She holds a Certificate in Palliative and End of Life from NYU.

Mary Lou Daley, MSW, LCSW will facilitate a discussion about end of life choices with hospice care as a focus.
