Our minds are occupied and pre occupied by daily personal and professional challenges. We do our best but often get stuck in just “getting by”instead of living our lives. Our spirits carry the baggage of our past situations & possible future concerns. Our bodies bear the brunt of all the stress and crisis in our lives, and the Pandemic put another layer on the top of it. This workshop will help you to recognize Compassion Fatigue, to explore and learn easy options available to reduce daily stress and anxiety, and manage better during and after the challenging situations. The workshop includes information taken from evidence-based research from Psychology and Neuroscience, along with Mind-Yoga Philosophy to help you to establish more balance in your life.
